מֵקִ֨ים מֵעָפָ֜ר דָּ֗ל מֵֽאַשְׁפֹּת֙ יָרִ֣ים אֶבְי֔וֹן לְהוֹשִׁיב֙ עִם־נְדִיבִ֔ים וְכִסֵּ֥א כָב֖וֹד יַנְחִלֵ֑ם כִּ֤י לַֽיהוָה֙ מְצֻ֣קֵי אֶ֔רֶץ וַיָּ֥שֶׁת עֲלֵיהֶ֖ם תֵּבֵֽל׃
Er erhebt die Armen aus dem Staub, er erhebt die Bedürftigen vom Misthügel, um sie bei Fürsten sitzen zu lassen, und erbt den Thron der Herrlichkeit; Denn die Säulen der Erde sind der Herr'S, und er hat die Welt auf sie gesetzt.

From the dunghill (ashpot): It is singular with the construct of achot (sister), which when it is complete (plural) is achiyot. And the gathering [of dunghills) is (like in Lamentations 4:5), "embraced the ashpatot," in exchange for the accent being soft.
